Subleaser needed for the dates: May 11th-July 31st, 2010
May rent will be paid for in full.
One bedroom available (with personal bathroom) in a 4 bedroom apartment.
Rent is flat rate of $445.00 (per person) a month (includes all utilities & amenities).
Amenities include gym, pool, computer lab, tanning beds, and clubhouse.
Female resident preferred.
